Zuanshi combines ancient Chinese Zen & Taoist disciplines, to provide a completely unique and personalised approach to health and fitness training of both mind & body. Delivered through 1-2-1 sessions, seminars, classes and online learning in Shaolin Kung Fu, Qigong, Taiji Quan, San Da, Meditation and Medical Qigong Therapy.
